Where can I buy/weapon mods? (from npcs) - Guild Wars Forums

Hey,

I am new so sorry to ask a kinda dumb question.

Where can I buy and sell weapon mods? Is there a npc? Or only pcs? Thanks allot

There are no npcs that sell weapon mods. You can only buy them off of players, short of finding and salvaging them yourself. You can however, sell then to merchants, but only at 50(?) gold each.
